We all experience some form of stress in our daily lives. Whether it’s sitting in traffic and dealing with aggressive drivers, or not being able to pay bills on time. Our bodies experience “the daily grind” as stress. Our adrenals are designed to provide a fight or flight response hormone in dangerous situations, which is great, if we are in imminent danger. However, our body perceives our daily stress as imminent danger and produces the fight or flight hormone. Thus, leaving our adrenals in a constant state of response, or stress. To break this cycle, try incorporating a few of these oils into your daily routine at work, in the car and at home.

***Words of Caution***
- Anytime essential oils are used on children, dilute the number of drops by ½.
- Do NOT use any essential oils directly on open skin or wounds.
- Do NOT place essential oils in ears, eyes or any other sensitive personal areas.
- When using essential oils for the first time, it is wise to dilute them with a carrier oil (Here’s one of my favorite carrier oils)
- Citrus oils such as lemon, lime, orange and bergamot are photosensitive and make your skin sensitive to the sun and can burn easily. If you use citrus oils on your skin, stay out of the sun for at least 24 hours.
